Rave: Calgary Printshop

I used to work in the digital printing business and these days I get a lot of stuff printed.  It goes without saying that I know that things can and often do go wrong.  That is not a problem provided that things get fixed quickly.

I recently had a run of business cards printed where I often send my materials and for some reason, they came back a little fuzzy.  I called Rayacom - the local printer in Calgary - and they immediately re-printed the entire order (no charge) and had decent cards ready for me within 24 hours. 

I thought it was an excellent example of great customer service.
