Frequently Asked Questions
I realize that what I do is very unique and I don’t mind speaking to people about it. However, it is always a better idea to have one central location where anyone can get answers without waiting.
1. Where did the idea of becoming a ‘Nomad Marketer’ come from?
I love travelling and I love marketing. When I realized that so many companies have trouble a) retaining good marketing people and b) implementing effective marketing systems it just seemed a natural solution. This way my clients get much better solutions at a fraction of the cost of hiring full-time staff and I can do what I love to do.
2. Where are you willing to go to work with a client?
Anywhere - provided the client seems sincere and I believe that there is a good chance of success
3. Aren’t you too old to be living like a nomad?
Nope. I realized a while back that I only feel old when I’m NOT doing what I love to do. I can’t stand being in a cubicle from 9 to 5 and it is only when I’m meeting new people and new challenges that I feel like I’m doing what I should be doing.
4. How long can you keep this up?
We’ll see. If I find a place where all the components feel right, I’ll definitely stay and settle down.
5. How can you be so sure that you can help our business?
I only believe in direct marketing. As such all of my ideas can be measured and evaluated based purely on results. There is at least marketing method that works for every type of business. Together, we’ll find what works best for you.
6. You keep referring to this site as a blog but it looks like a website. Which is it?
This is actually a WordPress blog so it is very easy to update from any computer connected to the Internet. It doesn’t look like a regular blog because I use a software program called Rapid Niche Sites.
